Based on B.K.S. Iyengar's therapeutic approach and informed by polyvagal theory, we create conditions for genuine rest that many bodies have forgotten how to access. Research suggests restorative practices may potentially lower cortisol levels and support the body's natural repair processes. During these extended holds, your brain's cleaning systems activate and stress response cycles can finally complete.
The program teaches you to recognize the difference between tension and relaxation, effort and ease, activation and true rest. You'll learn to use props creatively at home, making deep rest accessible without special equipment. This isn't meditation—it's conscious relaxation that welcomes whatever arises.
