Foundations of Yoga

Discover the basics and begin a lifelong journey on the mat

Group Size: 6-10 participants
Duration: 6 weeks | 90-minute sessions weekly

This 6-week program integrates yoga's traditional teachings with neuroscience—experience yoga's complete eight-limb system beyond the physical shapes. Rather than focusing only on physical flexibility, we help you build a complete practice that extends into daily life. You'll learn not just how to move, but why certain practices support physical health, emotional balance, and mental clarity. This is practical philosophy backed by research.

By week 6, you'll understand:

  • How all eight parts of yoga work together as one system
  • Why how we treat ourselves and others comes first
  • Physical shapes as a way to build awareness (not achieve a "perfect" shape)
  • How linking breath and movement can help calm your nervous system
  • The natural shift from focused attention into meditation
